Many breed registries offer programs that allow horses to compete and earn recognision in shows that are not breed registry approved. The DallyPost Ranch Horse program is pleased to be approved for the programs listed below.

ACAAP is a program provided by the Appaloosa Horse Club, which allows current members to earn merits toward a variety of cumulative and year-end awards. See details at www.appaloosa.com/show/acaap.htm.
The Open Competition Program is provided by the American Morgan Horse Association, which allows current members to earn credits toward a variety of attractive awards. See details at www.morganhorse.com/benefits/programs_competition.php.
PAC is a program provided by the American Paint Horse Association, which allows current members to earn credits toward a variety of attractive awards. See details at www.apha.com/pac.
The Quarter Horse is curretly excelling in many diciplines including non-AQHA approved barrel racing, team roping, team sorting, team penning, reining, cutting, ranch versatility and many more. In many cases, these events represent the only opportunity horse owners have to show their horses because of a lack of AQHA approved shows in many areas. The American Quarter Horse Association currently does not have a program similar to those listed above.

The Quarter Horse represents the most actively shown horse in the DallyPost Ranch Horse program, yet the AQHA turns a blind eye to the acheivements of these exceptional animals. DallyPost, Inc. strongly encourages the AQHA to implement a program patterned after those listed above. It is our belief that such a program will be to the advantage of the AQHA as it will recognize the outstanding quarter horse regardless of where or how he excels.
