Double H Round Up

From Dave and Eileen Spoor of Hearts Desire's Ranch in Ruskin, Florida... "April Magic" was born on April 13 1997 on "Hearts Desire's Ranch" just outside of Huxley, Texas. She grew to 14.2 hands and in the sunshine during the summer months shines like spun red gold. She is very inquisitive and is extremely intelligent. When she understands what you want she does her best to give it to you. She loves to trailer. It took about twenty minutes to teach her to load up in a trailer and now she gets furious if we go riding and she can't go. I couldn't have asked for a better horse/companion/friend if I had ordered her directly from heaven. "April Magic" is the spitting image of her Sire "Dry Talos Cutterbill". We have done research on the original "Cutter Bill" lineage and it seems that all of the comments written about him and his offspring clear to our "April Magic" have been the same. (intelligent, inquisitive, willingness to learn, great conformation and stands out proudly in a crowd.) When you describe "Cutter Bill" you are describing "Magic" right down to her DRIVE TO WIN.

HH Scooterbill

Tim Murphy of Double M tells us, HH Scooterbill is...

"a wonderful horse to ride. He is very very smooth and has great breaks and a dynamite set of handlebars. He will really take a look at a cow no matter what chore you ask of him. He doesn't mind a rope, or being logged for extensive periods. He is loyal and works very hard. He is kind and gentle as you can see in the one pic where he is smelling that little bull. He will give em heck if your working them but he is friendly to them when he is not asked to work."

HH Scooterbill shows the blood of past champions in the way he moves and in his agility and so will his little sibling HH EL Conquistador!

HH Beam Me Up Scotty

This is a picture of HH Beam me Up Scotty and her owner, the young Miss Bridges at a show doing Western Pleasure. Scotty went to a Pat Parelli clinic and wowed the crowd by doing a 3 foot jump bridleless with this young lady riding her....and it was Scotty's first time doing anything bridleless! Scotty is a Cutter daughter and she is 3 years old now....her owner is almost 9. Think about that for just one sec.....the filly is 3...the little girl is 9................Who would YOU trust your kids with?

HH Remote Control

Two years ago I sold Remote to Mike and Darcy Davenport in Kentucky. This colt is out of an own grandaughter of Doc Bar who was SUPER cowbred! I loved Remote and hated to sell the colt because I always thought he had Futurity makings. However, the Davenports flat talked me out of him and now he's happy up there in the blue grass country, roping and making babies... hmmmmm, nice work if you can get it, huh?

Jet

Its always nice to get to see a 2 year old come back to the ranch who can ride and work as well as this colt can! Thanks to John Wayne Beaty, his smashing bride, Lorrine, and ravishing young daughter, LaRissa for buying and taking such good care of Jet!

John talked me out of Jet, this colt out of Janna's Jetting Jewel, last year as a yearling. Has this colt grown or what? Jet is being ridden with a halter and lead rope, he trailer loads on a whim, stands for the farrier and is riding like a dream!

We all went trail riding this weekend and Jet was a perfect gentleman!
