You are most likely here because you have been invited through an ad or other offer. I want you to know that I appreciate the fact that you are here... Welcome!

Are you an arena owner, horse trainer, riding instructor, clinician or other horse professional that will benefit by offering your customers better services and yourself better income? That may be a rather silly question. Who would not want to earn more while being more to their customers?

My primary objective in inviting you here is to determine if you will benefit as a CowZ Vendor.

As a Vendor, you will have an opportunity to integrate three elements of our program into yours. These elements include CowZ, DallyPost Versatility, and a personalized, fully integrated and heavily promoted web site.

CowZ by DallyPost is a cutting flag with a few interesting twists. Key benefits include an unmatched set of features and a new and automatic cash flow. Click here for complete details.

DallyPost Versatility is a ranch versatility program, again, with a few interesting twists. Key objectives for this program include training and showing opportunities where every rider, regardless of skills and abilities, will have an equal opportunity to grow, show, place, and win. While this program is highly recommended, it is optional. Click here for complete details.

Team DallyPost Web Sites are totally free. It is much like this site but customized for you. Click here for complete details.

Getting started as a Vendor is straight forward and almost instantly profitable. In most cases, the largest single source of income for Vendors will be in the form of spin-off income that will occur simply because CowZ is in place. CowZ will give riders new incentive to ride more, train more, and seek assistance from trainers. From arena owners to trainers, to clinicians, this means money, Creative Vendors can increase demand for these services by offering clinics and competitions which will include CowZ as a key player. As these events become increasingly popular, you will further increase the incentives for riders to train and learn. Your Regional Representative is ready and able to build a lasting program and sustainable income streams.

Here are a few strategies to get you started:

The monthly show is a unique opportunity to get people actively involved in your program without high expenses for them and without excessive work for you. There are two key reasons for this:

  1. Unlike other versatility programs, DallyPost Versatility will not require you to offer all classes in the same day. In fact, you may offer as little as one class per event. This takes much of the stress and strain out of producing an event.
  2. CowZ can be used in place of live cattle which will keep your expenses and work to a minimum. Please do not assume that we advocate totally replacing live cattle with CowZ, we do not. However, CowZ will provide excellent training opportunities, affordability, and a minimum of work.

Benefits for the Rider:

  1. Offering one event per month, and specifically offering the event on the same day of every month, will give riders a regular and ongoing event that will be easy to schedule. For example, if you were to hold an event on the first Saturday of every month, riders can plan on participation in a regularly scheduled monthly event.

  2. Because you may offer as little as one class per event, you can rotate through all the different classes for your events. For example, Ranch Riding, followed by Ranch Cutting, followed by Ranch Reining, and finally Ranch Working Cow. This type of event schedule will interest more than just the versatility ranch horse crowd. Every event will be of value to the Versatility bunch but when you offer the cutting class, you will draw additional riders who only have interest in cutting. The same is true for the riding, reining and working cow classes.

  3. In many ways, your events will offer training benefits that exceed simple training. Each participant will receive a written score card for their performance. DallyPost score cards are unique because they offer so much more than a final score. Every aspect of the performance will be carefully annotated. The score card will serve as a spring board to ongoing and improved training.

  4. Because many of the high expenses of producing a traditional versatility show (namely live cattle) can be eliminated, you may keep your entry fees extremely low and still offer an attractive purse, if you choose.

  5. The DallyPost division system guarantees that every rider, regardless of skills and abilities, will always show against other riders that have historically marked similar scores. Division placement is based only on past performance so it is always perfectly fair. This fair playing field will encourage increased participation from the recreational rider who would otherwise not show.

  6. Your show schedule will increase each rider's need for effective training. Because CowZ is available in your barn, you will be in a position to help each rider meet his or her training requirements.

Benefits for You:

  1. As you continue to offer regularly scheduled events, participation will increase as riders come to know that you will offer an affordable and high class event that they can count on.

  2. Your events can be very affordable for the participant and still highly profitable for you. For the rider, they can be affordable because there will be no expense associated with live cattle. And for you, it can be profitable because your event will continue to generate revenue long after the day has past. This occurs because your show participants will need to train for the next event. Because CowZ is available in your barn, you will receive vending commissions from DallyPost and arena usage fees from the riders.

  3. Because you can offer all of our versatility classes on a one class per day basis, you will attract more riders ro each event. These riders will include those interested in versatility ranch horse and a subset who are only interested in the event you are offering on that specific day.

  4. Because the DallyPost division system is fair for every rider, riders of all levels will turn out for your events.

  5. Producing a DallyPost event is simple for the following reasons:

  • If you would like to have one, DallyPost will provide you with a free web site. This site will include an event calendar where you may promote your events. All sanctioned events will be displayed on the calendars of your site, this site and every other site in the DallyPost network of sites. Now, that is great exposure.

  • When you enter your event on the event calendar, a detailed and an abbreviated event promotional poster will be automatically created. You may print and distribute these posters at will.

  • You may elect to have participants sign up with a traditional entry form or via a PayPal payment to you, or both.

  • As participants enter your event, you may enter them into the DallyPost database with a few clicks and then print their score cards and release forms automatically.

  • When the show is complete, you may enter final scores into the database with a few clicks. As you enter scores, the rider's division placement will be automatically updated and be visible in the on-line standings reports. Additionally, points will be automatically calculated and, if applicable, earnings will be automatically calculated. Points and applicable earnings will be instantly viewed on the on-line standings reports.

  • And finally, your Regional Rep is ready and able to help you through every step of the process.

Regularly scheduled training sessions will allow multiple riders an opportunity to train on CowZ for a very affordable rate. Consider the following example:

You purchase a ten hour CowZ certificate which will cost you $100.00.

You schedule a training session for a few hours once a week. Each rider will be charged a nominal fee of $15.00 for which they will receive three "goes" on the programmed run of their choice. During the training session, you will rotate riders allowing them one programmed run at a time. Rotation will continue until all riders have received their three runs.

As an added perk for the riders, you might consider stringing CowZ down the middle of your arena so that participants, while they are waiting for their turn, can work the opposite side of the flag from the rider who is actively training.

Benefits to you are as follows:

  1. The average time for a programmed run is about three minutes. Therefore, your ten hour CowZ certificate will provide about two-hundred programmed runs. In this example, you will receive five dollars for each run, generating a $1000.00 return on your $100.00 investment.,

  2. Additionally, you will receive a generous commission on your $100.00 investment.

  3. While you are conducting these sessions, take the opportunity to let the participants know about the benefits of purchasing CowZ certificates and training during any open riding times that you may offer. This will result in more people riding independently without the need of your participation.

Open riding sessions are blocks of time that you define when riders, who possess a valid CowZ certificate, may operate CowZ for independent training. You are free to identify when these times will be scheduled. This program will provide significant benefits for you, including:

  1. You will not be required to activate or operate CowZ for the rider. This means that CowZ will generate income for you while you attend to other business. CowZ can truly become the Cash CowZ.

  2. Because riders will be required to use CowZ in your facility, you will see an increase in arena usage fees which will be paid directly from the rider to you.

  3. CowZ may attract trainers and boarding horses to your facility.

How Much Will I Earn?

The amount of money made by Vendors will vary greatly. The one consistent truth will be that income will depend on the active efforts of the Vendor and his Regional Representative. A page is prepared that will allow you to enter some assumptions and project the resulting monthly income. Click here to project your income now.
