My Observations, Assumptions, and Opinions

Am I always right in my thinking? Probably not. Do I sometimes form incorrect conclusions? I suppose that I might. Is it possible that I am sometimes wrong? In all honesty, I have to admit that the possibility exists.
I do not ever expect others to accept or follow my position. I only ask that they consider it and if they feel a response is necessary, treat me with the same respect and courtesy that I have shown them.
Today I received the following as a Facebook message from a lady named Mary. Her comments are apparently a response to something that I may have said regarding the Mustang.
"Had to get something off my chest! So, I posted it on my profile! Only fair that I share it with you.
Eat your heart out Lance Earl! (Scratch that! No heart there!) I feel sorry that you have sphincters for eye lids that won't allow you to see amazing horses, just papers. Oh well, your greed allowed you to miss the "magic" in using horses for only what they can do for you and not what horses can do for your soul. Too bad, so sad!"
I know that some would argue that my ideas are not correct. Even if, at some point, it is proved that I have been incorrect, it will never be proved that my actions were wrong. It is never wrong to share an opinion, right or wrong, if it is delivered with courtesy, honesty and the best intentions.
On the other hand, if Mary is proved to be correct in her opinions, no reasonable person will ever argue that her actions are right. Wrong is always dead wrong!
The anonymity of the Internet has made jerks and fools of people who would otherwise be pleasent and respectful. Regardless of what we personally believe, I know that we will all accomplish much more if we try a little respect. Think about it!
