READ CAREFULLY BEFORE SIGNING

As a participant of any sanctioned DallyPost Tactical Firearms Training event, I affirm that I understand and agree to abide by the Official DallyPost Tactical Challenge Rulebook.

  1. I understand that Firearms training is inherently dangerous and that associated hazards include but are not limited to:
    • Being struck by a projectile from my own weapon or the weapon of another person.
    • Injury from flying material associated with the discharge and/or malfunction of firearms. Such material may include, but is not limited to gases, fragments of a projectile or material from any object struck by a projectile.
    • Health effects associated with lead exposure, powder residue, smoke, and other airborne matter, and gun solvents and lubricants.
    • Hearing damage associated with a firearm report.
  2. I understand that DallyPost Tactical events are regularly held regardless of varied and extreme environmental conditions. Participation in said events many result in slipping, falling, sustaining injuries, and being injured by the acts or omissions of others.
  3. I understand that a “cold range” will be maintained at all DallyPost Tactical events. All weapons will be completely unloaded except when directed by an instructor to "Load and Make Ready".
  4. I understand that any information received pertaining to legal issues associated with owning a fire arm, using a firearm, and the use of lethal force shall not be regarded a legally binding or correctly interpreted unless such information is delivered by an attorney at law who possesses expertise regarding the legal issues in question.
  5. This liability waiver is intended to be as broad and inclusive as is permitted by law. If any provision or a part of any provision of this agreement is held to be invalid or legally unenforceable for any reason, the remainder of this agreement shall not be affected and shall remain valid and fully enforceable.
  6. To the fullest extent allowed by law, I agree to release from liability, and to indemnify and hold harmless all other participants, instructors, safety officers, range officials, shooting facilities, Lance Earl and DallyPost Tactical from any and all liability on account of, or in any way resulting from injuries, damages, wrongful death, or otherwise, even if caused by negligence of any of the above mentioned parties. I understand that this assumption of risk and release is binding upon my heirs, executors, administrators and assigns.
I have read this document in its entirety. I freely and voluntarily agree to the terms herein and to assume all risks of such injuries, death, and damages, and notwithstanding such risks, I agree to participate in the activities of DallyPost Tactical Events.

I declare that I am at least 18 years of age, that I am in good mental health, and that I am legally entitled to operate a firearm.
