DallyPost Mission, Vision & Values

The world is changing all around us. To thrive as a business we must look ahead, understand the trends and forces that will shape our business in the future and move swiftly to prepare for what's to come. We must get ready for tomorrow today. Our focus and our passion create a long-term destination for our business and provide us with a "Road-map" for winning together with our regional partners.

Our Mission

Our Road-map starts with our mission, which is enduring. It declares our purpose as a company and serves as the standard against which we weigh our actions and decisions.

  1. To provide a level playing field where all performance horse enthusiasts will enjoy opportunity and growth.
  2. To inspire moments of optimism and victory for those equine competitors who embrace our program and opportunities.
  3. To create value and make a difference in the lives of our partners and our customers.

Our Vision

Our vision serves as the framework for our Road-map and guides every aspect of our business by describing what we need to accomplish in order to achieve sustainable, quality growth.

  1. People: Offer the best product, best service and real success for our customers.
  2. Partners: Nurture a winning network of Representatives, Hosts, Clinicians and Judges. Together we create mutual and enduring value.
  3. Productivity: Be a highly effective, lean and fast-moving organization.

Live Our Values

Our values serve as a compass for our actions and describe how we behave in the world.

  1. Leadership: The courage to shape a better future by leading the market rather than chasing after what already is.
  2. Collaboration: Leverage collective genius by allowing each partner and customer to have a voice that will be heard.
  3. Integrity and Accountability: Nothing matters more. No standard is more desired, no quality so highly valued. If honor is to be, it's up to me.
  4. Passion: We and our partners will possess a commitment in heart and mind, a commitment that is fueled by a love, a passion, a devotion for what we do.
  5. Quality: What we do, we do well.

Respectfully yours,

Lance Earl

Garrett

This past week I had the opportunity of traveling to Salmon, Idaho as a guest trainer for a 4-H horse camp. After four long days in the sun, I count myself blessed to have more than forty new friends, most under the age of fourteen. Oh, what an awesome group of young people. Truly, the experience... read more

Components of a Successful Clinic

In order for a clinic to be successful, concepts and ideas covered must be presented in a logical order and they must match the skills and abilities of those in attendance. Coke Bottle Turns

When I ask my horse to turn around, he tends to spill out with his hind legs, rather than keeping them planted and moving with his front feet. He also usually sticks his nose in the air when I ask for him to turn around. How can I get him to turn correctly? Judy Hey Judy, In your description... read more
Is Ranch Versatility for You?

Is Ranch Versatility for everyone? In the real world, I would have to say no. In the real world the competition is fierce and those who cannot turn in a world class performance will simply be donating their money to those who can. Ahhh, but in the DallyPost world, things are a bit different. The... read more
