Become a Regional Representative
| Posted by Lance Earl of DallyPost on March 06, 2010 |

Rep Qualifications
-
Absolute and unquestionable integrity.
-
A strong work ethic. We are not looking for people who are planning to become successful. We want those who are successful.
-
Communication and organizational skills.
-
A strong understanding of horsemanship and an understanding of the difference between a broke horse and a willing partner. Ideally, the Rep will have experience and knowledge in the cutting, reining, or working cow horse worlds.
-
Experience as a clinician or a working relationship with an individual who possesses this ability.
-
Experience in equine event production and equine judging or a working relationship with an individual who possesses these abilities.
Rep Requirements
- Solicit the sale or lease of CowZ to equine professionals.
- Assist CowZ owners and lessees to become a CowZ Vendor.
- Encourage and assist CowZ owners and lessees to produce clinics and training opportunities to generate an increased incentive for riders to make CowZ a regular part of their training program.
- Encourage and assist CowZ owners and lessees to produce sanctioned DallyPost Versatility shows to further increase the incentive for riders to make CowZ a regular part of their training program.
- Report activities to DallyPost on a monthly basis.
A Regional Representative is an individual who will promote CowZ in a protected geographic region.
CowZ by DallyPost
CowZ is a cutting flag with a few interesting twists. Key benefits include increased activity at your facility and a new monthly income stream. Click here for complete details.
DallyPost Versatility
This is a ranch versatility program, again, with a few interesting twists. Key objectives for this program include training and showing opportunities where every rider, regardless of skills and abilities, will have an equal opportunity to grow, show, place, and win. While this program is highly recommended, it is optional. Click here for complete details.

Protected Area
As large as you want to make it. Your initial region will initially be defined by the boundaries of a few counties. As you have success, you may request region increases by applying to receive additional counties. Here are a few ideas to get you started:
Scheduled Training Sessions
The followiing is one highly effective method that a Regional Representative might use to introduce CowZ to an arena owner and the people who ride at that facility.
Offer scheduled training sessions at the facility of a prospective Vendor. Produce the event exactly as described on the Vendor page, with the following exceptions:
- The CowZ being used will be your demo machine.
- You will be on site to operate CowZ, answer questions and get the riders excited about the prospect of having CowZ permanenty installed at the facility.
- Invite other prospective Vendors to come to the event and see the activity for themselves.
- Your primary objective will be to show the facility owner the benefits of becoming a Vendor.
Click here to view a sample agreement that you may wish to use to introduce this idea to a facility owner.
Show support is a great way to meet people and have CowZ seen by many. CowZ will be a welcome addition to nearly any cutting, cowhorse, penning, sorting or similar event. It is anticipated that the most productive events will be reined cow horse and cutting horse shows. You can contact the show management and offer to provide CowZ and allow show participants to warm up and tune horses for a nominal fee. The key benefit of attending such an event will be the exposure and resulting sales that will occur from being seen at a high visability event.
Income Potential
The amount of money made by Reps will vary greatly. The one consistent truth will be that income will depend on the active efforts of you and your Vendors. A page is prepared that will allow you to enter some assumptions and project the resulting monthly income. Click here to project your income now.,
