Introducing our Newsletter

We are pleased to introduce our newsletter. These newsletters are a cooperative effort between all members. The real value is that your customers will receive a personalized newsletter from you on a regular basis. Additionally, people you may not know (other members) will send newsletters to their subscriber list and will introduce you to those people. This newsletter offers our members a significant marketing advantage as follows:

1. Each member's web site will automatically send a personalized and customized newsletter to that member's subscribers.
2. Anyone can subscribe to your newsletter from any site in the Alliance Now network or you can subscribe persons, but only with their permission.
3. Your latest web site content, Recent News, will be placed at the top of the newsletter. Additional content from your site and the sites of other members will also be displayed in your newsletter. However, we will never display content from a member who directly competes with you. That way your newsletter will include your content and content from complementary companies only. Content, in addition to your own, will be displayed as follows:
   
   1. The newsletter will display a Lead Story directly below your Recent News. The Lead Story is always the most read article from all member sites in the network. In short, it is good content that will benefit your newsletter. Then having your content reach the Lead Story position will be a serious feather in your cap because that article will appear on the newsletters from every member. Now it will be seen by your customers as well as theirs. That is huge exposure.
   2. Directly below the Lead Story, four of the most recently published articles from the network will be displayed. The key to being regularly seen by prospective customers in the newsletter will be to have new content regularly placed on your site. Content pages will not be displayed in the newsletter if they are over thirty days old. There is one exception to this rule, the Lead Story will always be displayed as long as it is the most read page in the Alliance Now network.
   3. All articles link directly back to the originating web site. In addition to the printed articles, a large number of links to additional content will be provided.
4. Your newsletter will be sent to your subscribers when:
   1. A new Recent News article is available and it has been at least seven days since the last newsletter was sent.
   2. It has been at least thirty days since the last newsletter was sent, regardless of content availability.
5. Content on your web site and newsletter will always be "glossy magazine perfect" because your Alliance Now Representative, along with our creative staff, stand ready and able to provide you with what you always wanted but never thought you could afford.

All members are encouraged to have their friends, customers, prospective customers, and vendors become newsletter subscribers.
