Minimum Monthly Fee:

This fee will be applied toward creative services in any month that the member requests such services. In any month where the member does not request creative services, the fee shall cover membership only. In the event that a balance due exceeds $50.00, the minimum fee will be 20% of the total amount due or $50.00, whichever is greater.

Creative services include photography, graphic design, writing, flash animation, publication submissions, brochure and catalog layout and design. Each creative team member shall establish his or her own Hourly Base Rate. See Creative Team for details. Creative services shall be billed as follows:

Hourly	Comment
Base Hourly Rate	Applies when creative services are provided for a single member.
80% of the Base Hourly Rate	Applies when creative services are provided for two members simultaneously.
70% of the Base Hourly Rate	Applies when creative services are provided for three members simultaneously.
60% of the Base Hourly Rate	Applies when creative services are provided for four members simultaneously.
50% of the Base Hourly Rate	Applies when creative services are provided for five or more members simultaneously.

Notice: A minimum monthly fee shall apply in any calendar month where the actual fee for creative services falls below the stated minimum monthly fee.
